Abstract
The article addresses training, especially pedagogical communications, on disinformation carried out by the Regional Electoral Courts in the years 2022 and 2023. In the analysis, the difference between the pedagogical approach restricted to technical-informational competence and the possibility of literacy skills, that is, a pedagogical orientation that goes beyond technicalinformational competence, by including a broader understanding of the social, cultural and political dynamics that permeate the production, dissemination and reception of information, the ability to interpret contexts and recognize relationships of power and domination underlying the statements of speeches. Therefore, a reframing of pedagogical products is proposed, so that they encompass the advertising mechanisms that operate platforms, overcoming the focus on critical-informational competence. It was also noted the need for regional electoral courts to work in a collaborative and reticular way to enhance the alignment and reach of speeches, in addition to remedying differences in structure between the regional courts.
