Abstract
This article seeks to understand the effects of legislative changes aimed at breaking with political gender violence in relation to fictitious candidates and electoral campaigns. With that, when investigating the role of women and their under-representation in parliament, this work deepens the analysis of legal incentives for their political insertion. For that, it was examined, from the dispute for the position of federal deputy in the scope of the State of Mato Grosso, the concrete differences of investment in the electoral campaigns, in the last two elections, from the financing of feminine campaigns. Thus, with the use of the theoretical-documentary research method, it is concluded by the relevance of the legislative changes that ensured, in 2022, better
conditions for the participation of women in politics.
